Private Sellers:
caribZOOMZOOM.com does not generally provide refunds of car listing fees. We will provide a full refund only under the following circumstance:
- If you inadvertently place a duplicate listing order, we will refund your payment for the duplicate listing.
However, if you fail to notify us within 48 hours after you placed your order, we cannot provide a refund for any reason. If there is a mistake in the listing, we will correct it, regardless of whether you or we make the mistake. Correction of the mistake is the sole remedy for incorrect information. You may also make changes to your listing at any time during the listing period. Corrections and changes within the same listing are made without additional charge to you. If you want to enhance your listing, the enhanced listing price will apply. We cannot provide a partial refund to switch to a less expensive listing.

caribZOOMZOOM.com does not generally provide refunds of Membership fees. We will provide a full refund only under the following circumstance:
- If you inadvertently paid twice for the same Membership advertising period.
